Located in Western Europe, the country of France is a developed nation with sixth largest economy in the world. Historically, the city of Reims was the place where coronation of Kings used to take place. Located in the city is the Notre-Dame de Reims, the cathedral where the Kings of France used to be crowned. Palace of Tau, Saint Remi’s Basilica and the Notre_Dame de Reims have been listed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
Reims is an important center for Champagne production with most of the largest Champagne producing houses having their headquarters in Reims.
