Australia is the land of contrasts. It has a different topography, culture and sites all over the country. There is big difference in the geography and climate as you move across this nation.
And above all this island nation is also a continent where sun, sand, sea and outdoor lifestyle are inherent part. One cannot be separated from the other.

However, each and every state in Australia has its own national parks which offer different sights. In one state you can go bush walking while in the other you can go rock climbing. If that is not for you, you can go to the east coast and see the magnificent Great Barrier Reef with is corals and multitude marine flora and fauna. Of course there is the ubiquitous sea where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, parasailing among many other water sports. Just north of Brisbane is the Sunshine Coast where you get some excellent stretches of beaches. However, it is south of Brisbane that is popular and is known as the Gold Coast. This place is famous for people and teenagers who cannot afford a holiday in a better place. You also have the choice of going to historical areas like Alice Springs or William Creek from where you can go to the famous Ayers Rock. William Creek is the most isolated town in entire Australia.
