To get the visa application form, you will have to visit the Canada Embassy located in your locality or at any nearby place. As the name suggests, one time-entry signifies that the applicant can visit Canada only once after the issuance of the visa. All these different categories of visas can be applied by filling a standard application form. You will be required to submit your passport, two passport size photographs, identity proof such as your driving license, and details of your bank balance, along with the processing fee required for submitting your application form.
As per the requirements set forth by the officials at the Canadian Embassy, you may also have to serve other proofs of documents. If the officials are not satisfied by the proofs submitted by you, your visa application may get cancelled.
