Because of the United States’ policy of globalization, the illegal immigrant cases have increased to a large scale. Though efforts are being made to do amendments to the existing immigrant policy, but what can not be denied is the number of illegal immigrants in the US. These illegal immigrants have posed as a severe danger to the national security of the nation. There are various reasons because of which these illegal immigrants have increased in the past few years. People usually come to the US in hope of getting better job prospects but at the cost of breaching legal immigration laws.
Illegal ways of immigration has also triggered terrorism. Also, the rate of drug vendors has considerably increased because of the easy ways of immigrations.
There may be problems associated with illegal immigrants, but there’s a positive side to it too. Because of the increase of illegal immigrants, it has been observed that the economy of the United States has strengthened than ever before. The positive results are still increasing and the economy is flourishing day by day. Even though this relation is not direct but it is indirectly related to the prosperity of the US economy. Studies also reveal that unemployment level has decreased considerably due to the boost in the immigration flow.
